    Jeffrey Stenborg is the CEO and Founder of the organization, bringing over 12 years of experience as a Paramedic and Lieutenant with FDNY EMS. Throughout his career, he has worked on the front lines of New York City’s 911 system, responding to high-acuity emergencies and leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments. For nearly a decade, Jeffrey has also served as an EMS instructor, pairing real-world field experience with a passion for teaching to help providers build practical, lifesaving skills.

    Chief Operations Officer

    Benjamin Diaz is an experienced EMT with over a decade in emergency medical services, leadership, and operations management. He has held supervisory and managerial roles across EMS and other industries, building strong foundations in coordination, strategy, and team development under pressure. Currently working within New York City’s 911 system, Benjamin brings a balance of field expertise and administrative insight to his role. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads with a focus on efficiency, professionalism, and quality—ensuring every aspect of the organization’s training and operations meets the highest standards of excellence.

    Lead Instructor

    Scott Stange is a Critical Care Paramedic with extensive experience in the 911 system, where he has responded to high-acuity emergencies requiring precision, rapid judgment, and teamwork under pressure. His background in Civil Engineering adds a unique technical perspective to his work, blending analytical thinking with hands-on field expertise. Scott’s commitment to preparedness and professional excellence drives his approach as a Lead Instructor, where he helps ensure every participant gains the confidence and skills needed to respond effectively in critical situations.

  • Anthony Rivera

    Administrative Coordinator

    Anthony Rivera is an EMT with extensive experience in both New York City’s 911 system and Wildland EMS operations. His work in one of the nation’s busiest EMS networks has honed his ability to stay composed under pressure, make sound clinical decisions, and communicate clearly in critical situations. Anthony has also served in Wildland EMS roles, supporting emergency response efforts in remote and challenging environments—further strengthening his skills in coordination, preparedness, and situational awareness. As part of the administrative team, he brings a strong operational background and a commitment to excellence in emergency response training and support.
